Website information
Website content is for general information and patient support. It does not replace an examination, diagnosis or personalised treatment advice from a qualified dental professional.
Appointments and treatment
An online request is not a confirmed appointment until the clinic confirms it. Treatment recommendations, timing and costs may change after clinical examination, imaging or laboratory findings. Results vary between patients and no website statement guarantees a particular outcome.
Online consultations and patient submissions
You agree to provide information that is accurate and, where you upload another person’s information, to have proper authority to do so. Online consultations have limitations and may require an in-person examination. Do not use the website for a life-threatening emergency.
Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party providers subject to their own terms. Never share a card PIN, mobile-money PIN or banking password through our website, chatbot, email or forms. Our Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, interfere with service availability or use clinic content unlawfully.
Intellectual property and links
Unless otherwise stated, the clinic’s text, branding and original website material may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. External links are provided for convenience; third-party services control their own content, availability, security and terms.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and services available, but temporary errors, maintenance or outages may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, JITADC is not responsible for loss caused solely by misuse of the website, reliance on general information instead of professional care, or third-party services outside our control.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
