How membership works

Validity
12 months from the confirmed membership start date.

Eligibility
For self-paying individuals or registered members of the family plan. Membership is not insurance.

Use
Benefits are limited to the named individual or registered family members, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Payment
The annual fee is paid in full before benefits become active.

Combining offers
Member savings cannot be combined with insurance, corporate rates or another promotion.

Clinical care
Membership does not guarantee a treatment outcome or replace a dentist’s clinical judgement.
